The problem

What was broken.

An HVAC company in Austin had a brochure-style site from 2017. It worked, technically — but the booking form was buried on a contact page two clicks deep, and the mobile experience was rough enough that the owner himself avoided using it. They were spending $2,000/month on Google Ads and converting at less than 1%. The ad spend was working harder than the website.

What I did

  • 01Replaced the old theme with a fast, custom Bricks build in 6 working days.
  • 02Moved the "Book Service" CTA into a sticky header bar on mobile and desktop.
  • 03Rebuilt the booking form: 4 fields, no account, mobile-first.
  • 04Added a simple "What we charge" page — most HVAC sites refuse to publish prices, and we made that the differentiator.
  • 05Set up Google Ads conversion tracking properly for the first time.
