Acceptance of Terms

By engaging MYNA Digital Studio ("I," "me," or "my") for services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.

Services

I provide web development, digital marketing, and related services as outlined in my project proposals and agreements. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce platform setup
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Content creation and marketing
• Digital strategy consulting
• Maintenance and support services

Project Process

My typical project process includes discovery, design, development, testing, and launch phases. I work collaboratively with clients throughout each phase and provide regular updates on progress.

• Discovery: Requirements gathering and project planning
• Design: Wireframes, mockups, and design approval
• Development: Coding, integration, and functionality implementation
• Testing: Quality assurance and client review
• Launch: Deployment and post-launch support

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. My standard terms include:

• Deposit: 50% of project total due before work begins
• Milestone payments: Additional payments at key project phases
• Final payment: Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, or approved payment processors
• Late payments: May incur additional fees and project delays

Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions or significant scope changes may require additional fees. I will provide clear documentation of any change requests and associated costs.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply required content, images, and materials
• Be available for meetings and communications
• Review and test deliverables thoroughly
• Obtain necessary permissions for third-party content

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables. However:

• I retain rights to showcase work in my portfolio
• Third-party tools, frameworks, or stock assets remain subject to their original licenses
• Custom code developed for the project belongs to the client
• Clients must obtain permission to use third-party content they provide

Warranties and Liability

I provide services with reasonable skill and care. However, I cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings or business outcomes. My liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, client will be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. I will provide all work completed to date.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, client data, and project details shared during the course of our work together.
